Convenient After-Hours Vehicle Pick-Up Program
At Twin Cities Auctions, we know our customers have busy schedules, which is why we offer a flexible After-Hours Vehicle Pick-Up Program. If you purchase a vehicle through our online auction and need a more convenient pickup time, this service allows you to collect it outside our regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM).
How It Works:
- After winning a vehicle in our auction, please contact our office team to schedule a specific date and time for your after-hours pick-up. Please be mindful to let us know as soon as possible, as we can only accommodate a limited number of after-hours pick-ups each day.
- All vehicles won in the auction must be picked up within three days of the auction's closing to avoid extra storage fees.
- All after-hours pick-ups must be pre-arranged with our team and confirmed in writing.
Once an after-hours pick-up is agreed upon by both parties, TCA will move the vehicle to the street and place the keys in a key box, providing you with the code to retrieve them.
Important Considerations:
- Additional Fees: A $50 fee applies to standard inoperable or larger vehicles. Please note that boats cannot be moved to the street.
- Timely Pick-Up: Vehicles must be picked up within 3 days of auction closing to avoid storage fees. After an after-hours pick-up is scheduled, the vehicle must be retrieved within 24 hours, or a $25 per day storage fee will apply.
- Customer Responsibility: Once the vehicle is made available for pick-up, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure its safe retrieval. The company is not liable for any theft, damage, or loss after the scheduled pick-up time.
