Customer Guide: Vehicle Inspections at Twin Cities Auctions
At Twin Cities Auctions, we aim to provide a smooth and thorough inspection process to help you make informed decisions. Below are the details you need to know about conducting vehicle inspections at our lot.
Inspection Hours
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Time: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (To allow sufficient times for inspection, keys cannot be handed out after 3:20 PM.)
Inspection Guidelines
- No Test Drives: Vehicles cannot be driven, but keys will be provided to facilitate inspections.
- Keys:
- A maximum of three sets of keys can be checked out at one time.
- Once the initial set is returned, additional keys can be issued.
- What You Can Do:
- Start the engine.
- Shift the vehicle into gear (while stationary).
- Open the hood and inspect the engine.
- Run diagnostic codes using a code reader (code readers available upon request).
Important: Vehicles must remain stationary at all times.
Lot Rules
- Children: No individuals under the age of 16 are allowed in the lot.
- Personal Vehicles: For safety and convenience, personal vehicles are not permitted in the lot.
- Maps & Locations: We provide detailed vehicle locations and a lot map to assist you.
